Aside from the Shore auction benefitting Make a Wish Foundation, which I am super stoked about even though I'm poor and can't bid, there are two OTHER cool things happening Thursday and Friday!
Both days, the Beat, Team 1040, QMFM, and CTV News personalities will be at Brentwood Mall collecting toys. They want to build a toy mountain taller than ever! So go down and donate an unwrapped toy or some cash, and maybe meet a local celebrity or two. Maybe you'll even meet Bro Jake now that he's with Team 1040! Woot!!
Then there's Food Bank Friday! OMG, this is enough to get me out of my pj's and brave the cold weather and traffic just to meet these folks in person. The wonderful Breakfast Television crew will be down at Granville and Georgia at the London Drugs taking donations to the food bank from 6 till 9. Jody, Dawn, and Riaz! And like icing on an already fabulous cake, Kid Carson and the #KCS will be there too! Double whammy!
