The weekend was long
But it sure flew by!
Not much to rap about
But I'll give it a try.
The biggest thing that happened
Wasn't to me or mine
It was Kid Carson
Welcoming his new little guy!
Axl was born on Thursday
Proud Papa tweeted pics
He's prolly up nightly
At 11, 3, and 6!
Not much else went on
We raked some leaves,
Plasticked the windows,
Cleared the eaves.
Ready for winter
Xmas is around the corner
Better save some money
And hop across the border
Went to Costco tho
And stocked up on crap
A new dog bed
And a bunch of snacks.
On the 11th we did
What I hope everyone else did too
We went out to a ceremony
Showed respect to those who
Did and gave
What others couldn't or wouldn't
Lest we forget
My children shouldn't.
