Trips, trips, and more trips!

Need to get away? Here's how:

1) Rock 101 is giving away trips to Vegas. VEGAS!!! A trip to Vegas and tickets to the Beattles show. Wahoo!! Actually, it's just a $1200 travel voucher from Flight Centre and a $250 Ticketmaster gift certificate...did I say JUST?!?! That is AWESOME!!! So it's possible that if Vegas isn't your thing, you could use the voucher to fly to New York and use the Ticketmaster gift certificate to see a broadway show. Whatever floats your boat! Starting on Monday listen for REVOLUTION and be caller 10 when the song ends. There are 20 trips to give away, so don't panic if you don't win one the first week...

2) JACK is sending listeners to the Bahamas to a private island in January! With Kiah and Tara Jean! Eeeeeee!!! This would be an amazing trip - Kiah and TJ are a hoot! Only two problems with this contest:

     1) it's adults only - you have to leave your kids at home. This is tough for people who don't have family in town. But you can't even pay extra to bring your kids - the resort is adults-only! As a side note, a friend of mine went to an adults-only resort recently...she said people were having sex all over the place! In the open! So...I guess we'll all be fighting to sit beside Kiah! LOL!

     2) they are taking qualifiers 5 times per day, and the first draw is in November. So it'll be you and 49 other people in the first draw. Chances are slim, but slim is better than NONE! I will be trying to qualify for sure. If you qualify for the first draw but don't win, you need to REQUALIFY for the second, third, and fourth draws. Which is great, because then each draw only has 60 names in it - better odds! Yaaay!

3) Sonic is sending one lucky listener to Vegas for New Year's Eve! Wow! Listen for the cue to call at 8:10, 12:10, 5:10, and 8:10 pm. For some contests they also qualify people on the weekends, but for this one it says "listen WEEKDAYS", so there should only be 40 people in the draw. GREAT

4) The Beat is joining in the fun! Starting next Monday at 8:10, be caller 94 and instantly win a trip to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. You will join Holly, Jonny, and Nira at a 5 star all-inclusive. Things we need to know: when is the trip? How long is it for? Are no children allowed in the resort? Details to follow...hopefully!
